In the beginning was the idea. Company founder Martin Pos, father of two, wanted to create products for babies and children that parents would love and really enjoy using. He wanted them to be different and so moved away from conventional, naïve baby designs.

Prior to their market launch all our products undergo a very natural kind of test. We like to call it the practical staff test. CYBEX employs many parents – and we all know that parents can be hard to please, making them very discerning critics. Their experience and suggested improvements help guarantee the highest quality. As a result, the commitment and involvement of the company’s staff is a big part of what CYBEX is today.
